The company is based at the incubator at Baystate Research Facility (BRF, Springfield, MA). The BRF services cover all basic needs of a biochemical and molecular biology laboratory including water-purification system (Milli-Q level), fume hoods, cell incubators, biological laminar cabinets, refrigerators, -20 °C and -80 °C freezers, balances, basic reagents, autoclaving, WiFi, etc. Facilities also provide access to transmission and fluorescence microscopes, a flow cytometer, a multi-functional plate reader, etc. BRF employs a professional lab manager and a safety officer who keeps the equipment functional and calibrated, trains the lab users, supervises the activities, monitors the reagents, their usage and proper disposal of them. The incubator provides access to spacious, well-equipped conference room.
